Mikhail Batsenko – Brest Oblast Vice Governor (economy);
Aleksandr Ilyasevich – Minsk Oblast Vice Governor (social matters);
Maksim Antonyuk – Baranovichi Mayor;
Sergei Sozonchuk – Chairman of the Pinsk District Executive Committee;
Sergei Abiralo – Chairman of the Dokshitsy District Executive Committee;
Aleksandr Pradun – Head of the Moskovsky District Administration in Brest;
Vladimir Belevich – Head of the Oktyabrsky District Administration in Vitebsk;
Aleksandr Pshenny – Chairman of Bellesbumprom Concern;
Sergei Stolyarchuk – Chairman of the Board of the Development Bank of Belarus.
