Project objective: Socialization of disabled children. This project continues creating conditions for barrier-free environment for disabled children and their parents in the children's rehabilitation and recreational center PTICH 

Goals: Creating the environment for overcoming social isolation of disabled children, cultivating tolerant attitude to disabled children and their families

Target group:  Children with disabilities

Short description of the activities 

Acquisition of the following equipment for creating barrier-free environment for disabled children:

• Handicap handrails
• Shower seats with backrest
• Wheelchair ramps
• Wheelchair merry-go-round
• Handrails for the disabled
• Wheelchair stair lifts (two stair flights)
• Gait trainer
• Handicap swings
• Pool lift for disabled children

Total project funding (USD): 30,000

Source of financing: 

• Donor funds 20,000
• Co-financing 10,000

Goals: Introducing new educational opportunities and learning aids

Target group:  Schoolchildren

Acquisition of interactive whiteboards  (frontal projection) to deliver presentations  and lesson plans
