Humanitarian project: Hi-Tech School

Project name: Hi-Tech School (upgrade of the educational facility).

Implementation period: January 2019-January 2026.

Applicant: Khudovtsy Kindergarden - Krupki District Secondary School, Education, Sport and Tourism Department of the Krupki District Executive Committee, Minsk Oblast.

Project objectives:

  • Creating a barrier-free environment for children with special needs in the flagship integrated learning center of the district;
  • Improving tech skills and other skills that are crucial to becoming a self-employed professional; providing career counseling services and teaching self-care skills.

Project goals:

1. Get teenagers interested in vocational education and training; offer them professional self-employment opportunities.

2. Develop competencies and skills teenagers might need in their work and daily life.

3. Help children use technology as a learning and communication tool, teach them skills that will help them succeed professionally and personally.

Target group: Middle schools students

Brief description:

Repairs and upgrade, purchase of modern sewing equipment and equipment for working with wood, metal and modern composite materials at school workshops.

Sources of financing: The volume of financing (US dollars): 45,000

  • Donor funds:  35,000
  • Co-financing: 10,000
