Project name: "Sport for All"

Applicant: Department for education, sport and tourism of the Krupki District Executive Committee, Minsk Oblast

Project goal: To renovate an open-air football field Lebortovo

Project objectives:

- To create conditions for healthy living and physical activity;

- To create conditions for health promotion and effective resistance to negative factors of the social environment for children and adolescents, including children from disadvantaged backgrounds and orphans, students, disabled people, adult population in the town of Krupki and Krupki District; improvement of the educational process;

- To develop the infrastructure for physical education and sport in Krupki District in compliance with modern safety and comfort standards;

- To promote physical activity and mass sports in the society.

Target group: people of all ages and from different social backgrounds

Brief description of project activities:

- To install a synthetic running track around the football field;

- To erect prefabricated grandstands with 200 seats and a tent structure;

- To install two benches for alternate players with eight seats and a tent structure;

- To build a command unit for referees;

- To build two mobile locker rooms with showers and comfort stations for athletes;

- To replace a fence and a central gate of the football field Lebortovo;

- To build a universal pitch for five-a-side football, volleyball, basketball, tennis;

- To install illumination systems;

- To install an electronic scoreboard.

Total amount of financing (USD): $200,000

Sources of financing:

• Donor funds: $195,000
• Co-financing: $5,000
