MINSK, 30 May (BelTA) – In pursuance of Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 360 of 22 May, Belarus will provide humanitarian aid to Zimbabwe. The document was published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.
The Emergencies Ministry, the Healthcare Ministry, the Industry Ministry, the Agriculture and Food Ministry, and the Belarusian light industry concern Bellegprom were instructed to collect the aid for Zimbabwe and do the necessary paperwork.
The list of humanitarian aid for Zimbabwe has about 60 items, including canned meat, medicines, laundry soap, bedspreads, blankets, children's coats, jackets, footwear and more.
The Emergencies Ministry shall arrange the delivery of humanitarian aid. This resolution came into force on the date of its adoption.
