MINSK, 11 October (BelTA) – An estimated 51.20 percent of Belarusians have come to the polls by 12h00. The data is available at the website of the Central Election Commission of Belarus, BelTA informs.
The highest turnout, 59.80%, was registered in Vitebsk Oblast. The turnout in Minsk is at 39.29%. A total of 50.51 percent of votes were cast outside Belarus.
Thus, the presidential election in Belarus may already be considered as valid.
