MINSK, 11 October (BelTA) – Some 40.43 percent of Belarusians have already cast their votes at the 11 October presidential election in Belarus, BelTA informs.
The highest turnout, 45.11%, was registered in Vitebsk Oblast. The turnout in Minsk is at 32.77%. A total of 38.55 percent of votes were cast outside Belarus.
The electoral register comprises 6,995.885 eligible voters, including 7,333 voters outside the country.
