MINSK, 12 October (BelTA) – By voting for the incumbent president the Belarusians voted in favor of further implementation of the Union State project, BelTA learned Grigory Rapota, State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, on 12 October.
Grigory Rapota said: “It is extremely important for me that by voting for the incumbent president the citizens of Belarus voted for the policy favoring further implementation of the Union State project. Naturally it will saddle us with additional responsibility in addition to giving us an impulse meant to advance us along the way of consolidation of Belarusian-Russian relations more decisively.”
