MINSK, 9 October (BelTA) - A total of 18.69 percent of voters turned out for the first three days of early voting ahead of the 11 October presidential election in Belarus. The data is available at the website of the Central Election Commission of Belarus, BelTA has learned.
On 6-8 October an estimated 19.99 percent of early ballots were cast in Vitebsk Oblast, with 17.03 percent cast in Minsk.
A total of 15.04 percent of votes were cast outside Belarus.
Early voting will last through 10 October inclusively. The polls will stay open from 10h00 to 19h00 with a lunch break between 14h00 and 16h00.
