MINSK, 10 May (BelTA) - Chinese President Xi Jinping is against the attempts to revise the results of the Second World War. The Chinese President made the statement to this effect after the talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk on 10 May, BelTA has learned.
The Chinese President noted that China and Belarus are among the victors of the Second World War. “We suffered huge national losses for the sake of victory. The Chinese and Belarusian peoples sealed the inviolable combat friendship by blood and life. Together with all peace-loving nations of the world we will firmly defend the results of the Second World War," Xi Jinping said.
"In this context, we will strengthen coordination and cooperation in the UN and other international and regional organizations, jointly contribute to the development of the more just and rational world order, in the interests of a lasting and durable peace for all of humanity," Xi Jinping said.
