26th Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Minsk

MINSK, 9 July (BelTA) – Austrian parliamentarian Christine Muttonen was re-elected as president of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly at the 26th OSCE PA Annual Session in Minsk, BelTA has learned.

The parliamentarians also elected Italian MP Marietta Tidei, United States Senator Roger Wicker, Swedish parliamentarian Margareta Cederfelt, and Romanian MP Victor Dobre as vice-presidents.

The session culminated with the adoption of the Minsk Declaration. The forum discussed ways to enhance trust and cooperation for peace and prosperity in the region.
