GRODNO, 3 June (BelTA) – Separate corridors for fans and athletes have been designated at the checkpoints of the Grodno regional customs in the run-up to the 2nd European Games. Some 50 new information billboards have been installed as well, BelTA learned from the customs.
The corridors will be marked with the 2nd European Games logo at the information board. “Athletes and fans who will be enjoying simplified customs clearance, will need to use such a corridor and present the passport and documents on the vehicle to the customs officers,” the Grodno Customs said.
Electronic panels have been installed at the bus and car channels at the checkpoints on the Belarusian-Polish and Belarusian-Lithuanian borders. The panels show the 2nd European Games logo, symbols of the red or green corridors, and also the latest information on the rules to move goods across the border.
