Belarus’ image promotion as 2019 European Games host discussed with Euronews
MINSK, 17 November (BelTA) – The Information Ministry of Belarus and Euronews media service have discussed prospects of cooperation, BelTA learned from the ministry.
On 16 November Information Minister Alexander Karlyukevich held a working meeting with representatives of Euronews S.A.: International Sales Director Kjell Stein and Manager Jana Erdmann. Taking part in the meeting was also Director of the Fund of the 2019 Second European Games Directorate Anatoly Kotov and representatives of the fund and the National Tourism Agency.
The parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation between Belarus and Euronews in the information sector. Euronews representatives were shown proposals on promoting Belarus’ image and its tourism potential abroad. In particular, the sides discussed the promotion of the image of the country as the host of the 2019 Second European Games.
