MINSK, 5 September (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Valentin Rybakov met with Charge d’Affaires of Japan to Belarus Hiroki Tokunaga on 5 September, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.

During the meeting the sides noted positive dynamics in the development of Belarusian-Japanese contacts in 2016 and discussed prospects of advancing the bilateral relations as well as possible measures for stepping up Belarusian-Japanese cooperation.

Forthcoming top-level events were also discussed during the meeting.
