MINSK, 19 October (BelTA) - A regular meeting of the council of permanent plenipotentiaries of the CIS member states in statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States will be held in Minsk on 20 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.

The meeting will be attended by Chairman of the Executive Committee, CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev.

The meeting will discuss the results of the meetings of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers and the CIS Council of Heads of State which was held in Kazakhstan on 15-16 October, and also the tasks of the council of permanent plenipotentiaries and CIS Executive Committee regarding the implementation of the adopted documents.

In addition, the members of the council will analyze the corresponding plan of action to implement the third phase (2016-2020) of the CIS economic development strategy and discuss the activities of the CIS coordinating council of the heads of tax (financial) investigations.
