MINSK, 10 February (BelTA) – Georgia President Giorgi Margvelashvili will pay a visit to Belarus on 1-2 March. This information is available on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, BelTA has learned.
The visit of the head of state was discussed during the Belarusian-Georgian ministerial consultations. At the negotiations the sides emphasized the importance of bilateral friendly relations and close cooperation in various fields. Special attention was drawn to the development of trade and economic cooperation in the format of the EU Eastern Partnership program.
