MINSK, 13 April (BelTA) - Belarusian Ambassador to Iran Viktor Rybak met with Iranian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ebrahim Rahimpour on 11 April, BelTA learned from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
"The parties discussed the status of implementation of the agreements reached during the mutual visits at the level of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the two countries to Tehran and Minsk in 2014-2015, and outlined the ways of further intensification of bilateral cooperation. The parties also exchanged the views on current international issues,” the Belarusian Ministry of foreign Affairs informed.
According to the ministry, on 12 April Viktor Rybak also met with Iran's Minister of Industries, Mines and Trade Mohammad-Reza Nematzadeh. "The meeting focused on the promising joint projects in the industrial sector," the ministry noted.
Viktor Rybak and Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh also discussed the key agreements reached following the 12th meeting of the joint Belarusian-Iranian commission for economic cooperation in Tehran in March 2015.
