MINSK, 1 February (BelTA) – Belarus has reaffirmed its interest in the international dialogue at a meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation in Vienna, BelTA learned from the press service of the Defense Ministry.
Attending the meeting was First Deputy Head of the International Military Cooperation Department at the Defense Ministry Colonel Valery Revenko. The event covered issues related to the international dialogue on security, assistance in transparency, the exchange of military information and the reduction of security risks.
Valery Revenko presented his report on the importance of transparency and reliability of military information where he laid out the national position on confidence and security-building measures and reaffirmed Belarus’ interest in continuing its active participation in the dialogue within the OSCE.
