Lifts for people with disabilities in Minsk metro

Track lifts are used at old stations of Minsk metro in order to create barrier-free environment. With their help, people with disabilities can get to the platform or to the surface. In order to take advantage of such a device, it is enough to call the numbers from information signs by the entrance to the station. Staff of the metro will provide the necessary assistance. New stations (opened after 2001) have elevators or special ramps.
