Ambassador: Palestine is interested in developing relations with Belarus

MINSK, 22 December (BelTA) - Palestine is interested in developing relations with Belarus, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Belarus Ahmed Mohammed al-Madbuh said during a meeting with Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova n Minsk on 22 December, BelTA has learned.

"We are open and committed to developing our relations," Ambassador Ahmed Mohammed al-Madbuh saod.

According to him, the two countries maintain a good political dialogue. "We are grateful to the Republic of Belarus for the support it provides to Palestine in the international arena. This is very important for us," the ambassador said.

"Despite all the difficulties that exist in our country, we are trying and working to develop relations with other countries that understand us and appreciate sincere friendship between peoples. We believe that Belarus and Palestine understand each other. We value the relations between our peoples," Ambassador Ahmed Mohammed al-Madbuh added.
