The 2017 Viva Rovar bike festival gathered up thousands of cycling enthusiasts from around 15 countries, including Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Poland in Minsk’s Victory Park on 13 May. The number of participants increases every year. In 2015 taking part in the festival were 5,000 bikers. The figure exceeded 9,000 participants in 2016.
The festival was organized by the Belarusian Sports and Tourism Ministry, Minsk City Hall, Belarusian Cycling Federation, Minsk Cycling Club, and Minsk Cycling Community.
