Fire, water and brass pipes – this expression can be used to describe more than 40 obstacles that dotted the 12km route of Bison Race 2018 that took place in the Logoisk Ski Resort on 10-11 August. Racers had to bounce their way through cold water, wooden barriers, mud containers, heaps of plastic tires, monkey bars and even burning grass.
The participants of the Bison Race obstacle race course had to demonstrate outstanding agility and a remarkable ability to find a way out. Obstacle racing is popular around and world and is gaining ground in Belarus, too. The bulk of racing enthusiasts are office workers who pursue a healthy lifestyle and want to stay fit. By the way, professional athletes can be seen more and more often among the participants, which motivates amateurs to take more pains to get ready for the event.
