Belarus President delivers annual State of the Nation Address

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko delivered the annual State of the Nation Address in the Oval Hall of the Seat of Government on 21 April.

The event was traditionally attended by Belarusian high-ranking officials, government members, heads of public administration bodies, directors of the biggest enterprises, representatives of the diplomatic service and mass media.

The speech of the head of state was broadcast live by the Belarus 1 TV channel and the First National Channel of the Belarusian Radio. Leading Internet news agencies of Belarus produced a live online broadcast of the event.
