Belarus at 2016 Rio Olympics: Darya Naumova

The first medal for Belarus in Rio was won in weightlifting. Darya Naumova who will turn just 21 in a couple of weeks claimed the -75kg Olympic silver with a combined lift of 258kg (116kg+142kg). The 2016 Rio champion title went to North Korea's Rim Jong-sim (274 kg). Spain's Lidia Valentin Perez won the bronze medal, lifting 257kg.
