MINSK, 3 May (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to the participants and guests of the 22nd international specialized exposition Mass Media in Belarus, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“For more than two decades this forum has been a platform for the active media discussion of such issues as the development of the media space and enhancement of partnership ties. The latest achievements of print media, radio, television and online media are regularly displayed here,” the message of greetings reads.
The head of state was especially pleased to mention the interest of foreign countries in the exposition.
“Mass media should generate constructive public opinion through the timely and objective news feed, sincere and thoughtful dialogue with the audience. I am convinced that this important international exposition will help consolidate the society, promote the ideas of peace ad good neighborliness,” Alexander Lukashenko said.
