MINSK, 1 September (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to all students and teachers on Knowledge Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“This day starts a new academic year. The first school bell returns the habitual rhythm of students’ life, engages the young generation in the active study of the world around us,” the message of greetings reads. “Today we pay special attention to little Belarusians who will go to school for the first time. May their cherished dreams and expectations come true, may lessons bring the joy of communication and magnificent discoveries to them.”

The president wished all students diligence and success. He expressed hope that graduates will be focused on incredible results, their parents will be wise and patient, their teachers will be full of creative inspiration and sincere pride.

Alexander Lukashenko also wished them health, unflagging energy, confidence, strive for knowledge that ishe most important acquisition in the modern world.
