MINSK, 2 May (BelTA) – Representatives of the Chinese mass media arrived in Belarus on 1 May for a press tour which is to last through 7 May, BelTA has learned.
Among the participants of the press tour are representatives of news agencies, electronic mass media and other media outlets. An eventful program of the visit has been prepared for foreign guests. They are expected to attend the 21st international exhibition Mass Media in Belarus which is due in Minsk on 3-6 May. China is a special guest at this year’s expo.
The Chinese journalists will visit BelGee car making plant, BelAZ, Great Stone Industrial Park, High-Tech Park, Snov Agrokombinat, Ozeritsky-Agro, Veles-Mit and other companies.
The Chinese guests will meet with Minsk Oblast Governor Semyon Shapiro, Minsk Mayor Andrei Shorets and Information Minister Lilia Ananich.
The cultural program will include a visit to the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater, Mir Castle, Nesvizh Castle, Stalin’s Line historical and cultural complex, Khatyn Memorial, Logoisk ski resort.
