MINSK, 29 March (BelTA) - Security matters will be among the priority issues on the agenda of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council meeting in Minsk on 6 April, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The agenda will include 12 issues concerning the cooperation between the member states in the political, economic, cultural and education sectors, interaction between the foreign ministries. According to the ministry, amid the growing instability across the CIS, the priority attention will be paid to security matters, crime prevention, the fight against international terrorism and also the coordination of the activity of the CIS law enforcement bodies.
