MOSCOW, 3 September (BelTA) – Belarusian Prime Minister Sergei Rumas and his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev have had a telephone conversation to discuss Belarus-Russia interaction within the Union State and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), BelTA learned from the press service of the Russian government.
“During a phone conversation Dmitry Medvedev and Sergei Rumas discussed topical issues of trade and economic cooperation, the two countries’ interaction within the framework of the Union State and the Eurasian Economic Union and the schedule of the forthcoming Russia-Belarus contacts,” the press service noted.
Sergei Rumas thanked Dmitry Medvedev for his best regards on the occasion of Sergei Rumas’ appointment as Belarusian Premier, the press service informed.
