Over 33,400 Ukrainian citizens arrive in Belarus since 1 January 2024

MINSK, 26 April (BelTA) – Since 24 February 2022, about 180,000 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in Belarus, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee.

Since 1 January of this year, 33,431 citizens of Ukraine have entered Belarus. Of them, 25,395 people came in transit through Poland, 7,670 through Lithuania, 346 through Latvia and 20 through Ukraine.

All in all, since 24 February 2022, 179,923 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in Belarus: 15,938 people came directly from Ukraine, 123,183 Ukrainian citizens came in transit through Poland, 35,920 through Lithuania, and 4,882 through Latvia.
