MINSK, 25 March (BelTA) – Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich will pay a working visit to Turkmenistan on 24-28 March, BelTA has learned.

Mikhail Myasnikovich is expected to meet with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. He will also hold meetings with Chairperson of the Assembly of Turkmenistan Akja Nuberdiyeva, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Ereshov, and other officials.

The chairman of the upper chamber of the Belarusian parliament will visit the construction sites of the Garlyk mining and processing factory and the MAZ service center, the Belarus-Turkmenistan Trading House.

The program of the visit includes visits to the Memorial Complex Halk Hakydasy (People’s Memory), the TV and Radio Center Turkmenistan.
