Mayor of Ulaanbaatar plans to visit Minsk in June to exchange experience in urban planning

MINSK, 28 February (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Mongolia Dmitry Gorelik held talks with Mayor of Ulaanbaatar Sumiyabazar Dolgorsuren, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Mongolia.

"The Belarusian diplomat and the mayor discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation, prospects for cooperation in various fields, including between the cities of Minsk and Ulaanbaatar. The parties also talked over certain projects within the framework of the general agreement on export credit between the governments of Belarus and Mongolia," the embassy said.

The parties reached an agreement to organize a visit of the mayor of Ulaanbaatar to Belarus in June 2022 to hold talks on promising areas of bilateral cooperation, to exchange experience in the field of urban planning and utility services, to get familiar with the Belarusian buses, trolleybuses and electric buses, utility vehicles.
