MINSK, 7 April (BelTA) - It is important for allies to unite in the emerging situation in the region and the world, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at the Security Council meeting on 7 April, BelTA has learned.
“I want to assure you that Belarus will continue to defend its national interests in the most rigorous way. Hesitating allies need to understand that without rapid consolidation of our civilization, without strengthening the political, economic and military ties, we may not be there tomorrow. The future will not be easy,” said the Belarusian leader.
Aleksandr Lukashenko is confident that in the current situation, along with the unconditional development of relations with friendly states, it is crucial to seek out and promote promising areas, to actively use pinpoint diplomacy and achieve concrete results.
