MINSK, 20 August (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent greetings to Hungarian President Katalin Novak as the country celebrates the national holiday - St. Stephen's Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"I am convinced that the similarity of our approaches to such important issues as the priority of peace and national interests, the need to protect the family and traditional values, the sincere desire to maintain honest and mutually respectful relations with partners, will continue to contribute to the development of constructive cooperation between Belarus and Hungary for the benefit of our citizens, our countries, our region," the head of state said.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Katalin Novak good health and success, and prosperity of Hungary and the Hungarian people - well-being and prosperity.
