MINSK, 27 August (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to President Igor Dodon of Moldova as the country celebrates Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The head of state stressed that multi-pronged and fruitful cooperation between the two countries rests on robust traditions of friendship, good neighborliness and reciprocity.
“Your personal attention to the development of comprehensive relations with Belarus plays an important role in deepening close partnership. I am convinced that active and constructive interstate dialogue will be continued for the wellbeing of the peoples of Belarus and Moldova,” the message of greetings runs.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Igor Dodon strong health, every success and inspiration for new achievements, and also peace and happiness to the people of Moldova.
