MINSK, 13 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Donald Tusk who has been re-elected President of the European Council, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state expressed confidence that Donald Tusk will continue working towards strengthening the EU’s positions in the world.

Alexander Lukashenko also expressed the hope that the EU and Belarus will promote interstate cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
