MINSK, 15 June (BelTA) – Belarus’ Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alena Kupchyna and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Slovenia to Russia and concurrently to Belarus Primoz Seligo discussed the EU-Belarus cooperation, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Minsitry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting the sides discussed the current state and prospects of development of the entire range of bilateral relations, including forthcoming visit of Deputy Minister Alena Kupchyna to Slovenia in July 2015, and the interaction between Belarus and the EU. “The parties reaffirmed mutual interest in the further enhancement of political dialogue, economic and investment cooperation, expansion of the legal framework,” the press service said.
The parties also discussed the preparation for the next session of the intergovernmental Belarusian-Slovenian commission on trade, economic and scientific cooperation to be held in Minsk on 28-29 September 2015.
