MINSK, 4 March (BelTA) – An official visit of Kazakhstan’s parliamentary delegation to Belarus is scheduled for 15-17 March, BelTA learned from the House of Representatives.
The delegation will be led by Chairman of Majilis (lower house) of the Parliament Nurlan Nigmatulin.
The House of Representatives said that Belarus is expected to welcome a number of other important delegations in March. Thus, on 15-17 March the country will be visited by President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Christine Muttonen. The parties are set to sign an agreement between the National Assembly of Belarus and the OSCE PA on the 26th annual meeting in Minsk.
The visit of Andrea Rigoni, Rapporteur on Belarus of the Political Affairs Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), is due to take place on 23-24 March.
