MINSK, 26 September (BelTA) – The Shanghai Cooperation Organization Television Festival has opened in China’s Nanjing, BelTA learned from the Information Ministry of Belarus.
“Belarus shares the SCO’s approaches to challenging a unipolar world, protectionism and trade wars. Our country is interested in expanding the network of new international transport corridors, and is ready to cooperate in humanitarian projects,” Belarusian Information Minister Vladimir Pertsov said at the opening ceremony.
The Belarusian delegation led by Information Minister Vladimir Pertsov is taking part in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Television Festival that is running in Nanjing on 25-27 September. One of its goals is to deepen cooperation between media outlets. Increased attention will be paid to online broadcasting, television and Internet content. The event is attended by government ministers of SCO member states and observer countries, as well as representatives of radio, television and online media outlets.
