MOSCOW, 5 April (BelTA) – Belarus and Turkmenistan have passed a program to promote cooperation between the foreign ministries for the period of 2019-2020. The document was signed by Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei and Rashid Meredov, Vice-Premier, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, on the sidelines of the CIS Ministerial Council meeting on 5 April, BelTA has learned.
Apart from that, Vladimir Makei and Rashid Meredov discussed the most topical issues of the bilateral agenda.
Earlier, Vladimir Makei met with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the CIS Ministerial Council meeting.
