MINSK, 30 October (BelTA) – The advancement of the political dialogue as well as trade and economic cooperation was discussed during the first Belarusian-Singaporean political consultations in Minsk on 30 October, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
The Belarusian side was led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Dapkiunas while the Singaporean delegation was led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Peter Tan.
The sides discussed a broad range of matters concerning Belarus-Singapore relations such as prospects of advancing the political dialogue, the exchange of visits, expansion of cooperation in trade, economic, investment, science, and technology fields, intensification of cooperation between the parliaments.
Opinions were exchanged about topical items on the international agenda and cooperation in international organizations.
