MINSK, 25 November (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko will travel to Azerbaijan on an official visit on 28-29 November, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.
While in Azerbaijan Alexander Lukashenko is expected to meet with Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev for face-to-face negotiations and expanded-participation negotiations. The two leaders are expected to discuss the state and prospects of advancing Belarusian-Azerbaijani relations, including trade and economic cooperation, work on manufacturing cooperation projects, interaction in the sphere of investments, agribusiness, and sport.
A number of international documents will be signed as a result of the talks.
Alexander Lukashenko is also expected to meet with Azerbaijan Prime Minister Artur Rasizade.
