Belarus President sends National Day greetings to Qatar

MINSK, 19 December (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani as the country celebrates National Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“After the productive visit to your wonderful country I am absolutely convinced that in the near future we will do our best to promote and expand fruitful Belarus-Qatar cooperation,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state expressed hope that the traditions of friendship and mutual respect between Belarus and Qatar will help develop solid ties in all fields.
