Belarus, Myanmar discuss international military cooperation

MINSK, 8 June (BelTA) - The accreditation procedure for military, air and naval attache to the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Belarus, Brigadier General Moe Kyaw, has been completed, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.

Belarus and Myanmar also exchanged opinions on the identification of specific activities of international military cooperation between the defense ministries of the two countries. They noted the significant potential for the development of bilateral relations.

The representatives of Belarus and Myanmar expressed their hope that the accreditation of the military diplomat would serve as a new impetus for filling the cooperation with practical content.
