MINSK, 16 July (BelTA) - Belarus and Moldova seen to expand significantly the mutually beneficial economic relations and strengthen the traditional ties in all areas of interaction, Moldova President Nicolae Timofti said during the talks with Belarusian resident Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk on 16 July, BelTA has learned.
According to the President of Moldova, he had a sincere and useful discussion with the Belarusian leader. "We noted with satisfaction that the bilateral relations between Belarus and Moldova are excellent and continue developing. Last year's visit of Alexander Lukashenko to Chisinau and my present visit are convincing evidence of that,” said Nicolae Timofti.
"We would like to expand significantly the mutually beneficial economic relations between our countries and strengthen the traditional ties in all areas of our cooperation," said Nicolae Timofti.
