MINSK, 30 June (BelTA) - The Belarusian Interior Ministry hosted a delegation from Slovakia led by Robert Kalinak, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, BelTA learned from the website of the Interior Ministry of Belarus.
During the official meeting with foreign guests Belarus Interior Minister Igor Shunevich noted that the potential of bilateral cooperation in law enforcement has not been tapped fully. “The Belarusian side is ready to develop cooperation in various fields, including in the fight against international terrorism, extremism, trafficking in drugs, arms and human beings, corruption, illegal migration, and also in combating family violence,” Igor Shunevich noted.
During the visit, the Slovak police officers visited the Interior Ministry Academy and the International Training Center for Migration and Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, got familiar with their infrastructure and forms of work.
