MINSK, 4 September (BelTA) – Some 700,219 people from the neighboring EU countries have visited Belarus since the launch of the visa-waiver program, including 442,121 citizens of Lithuania, 48,823 non-citizens and 159,791 citizens of Latvia, and 49,484 Polish citizens, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
Since the start of the year, Belarus has welcomed 315,233 residents of the neighboring EU states, including 193,858 citizens of Lithuania, 71,657 citizens and 21,944 non-citizens of Latvia, and 27,774 Polish citizens.
