MINSK, 24 November (BelTA) – About 60,000 Ukrainian citizens have come to Belarus since 1 January 2023, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
According to the State Border Committee, a total of 59,745 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in Belarus since 1 January: 43,281 Ukrainians entered Belarus via Poland, 14,184 via Lithuania, 2,268 via Latvia and 12 via Ukraine.
All in all, 134,449 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in Belarus since 24 February 2022. According to the State Border Committee, 15,902 people arrived in Belarus directly from the territory of Ukraine, 89,786 citizens of Ukraine came to Belarus via Poland, 24,334 via Lithuania and 4,427 via Latvia.
