MINSK, 15 May (BelTA) – The Italian company Stahlbau Pichler Srl has been chosen for designing, building, and operating Belarus’ national booth at the Expo Milano 2015, BelTA learned from Dmitry Mironchik, Head of the Information Office, Press Secretary of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry, on 15 May.

The organizing committee in charge of preparing Belarus’ national exposition at the global exhibition Expo 2015 has approved the decision of the tender commission to choose the Italian company Stahlbau Pichler Srl for designing, building, and operating Belarus’ national booth at the global expo.

The contractor has been chosen via an open international tender arranged by Belresursy for the Belarusian Foreign Ministry as the customer of the national exposition, explained Dmitry Mironchik.

The universal exhibition Expo Milano 2015 will be held in the Italian city of Milan on 1 May – 31 October 2015 under the motto Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life. Belarus will take part in the event in line with the contract signed with the Expo Milano 2015 organizers on 10 February 2014.
