MINSK, 16 October (BelTA) – The Days of Latvia “Taste Latvia” will open in Belarus on 20 October, BelTA learned from the organizers of the event.
On the same day, Minsk will host a Latvia-Belarus business forum. Partaking in the event will be Belarusian Economy Minister Vladimir Zinovsky, Latvian Economy Minister Dana Reizniece-Ozola, Ambassador of Latvia to Belarus Martins Virsis, and businessmen of the two countries. The forum has been organized by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia with the support of the Latvian Embassy in Belarus, the National Investment and Privatization Agency of Belarus, and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
A section of Latvian goods will open at a store in Minsk on 20 October. Besides, Latvian Economy Minister Dana Reizniece-Ozola is expected to visit Belarus' Hi-Tech Park. The program of the Days of Latvia in Belarus also includes a culinary workshop by Latvian chefs, a fashion show by Latvian brand Coo Culte during Belarus Fashion Week, a media breakfast at a Coo Culte brand store, and a concert by singer Aminata.
